RETURN POLICY
Our objective is simple. We want you to be happy with your Forbidden Fantasies Lingerie purchases.
We check all electronic toys before they leave the store to ensure they are working properly. If your toy malfunctions within 30 days after you purchase or receive it, simply bring or send it back to us in its original packaging, with the receipt. We will happily replace it with an identical item and credit you for shipping costs.
Other items may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of the day you receive your order, provided they are unopened/unused and any tags are intact.

RETURN POLICY & SPECIAL ORDERS

If your order was paid with a CREDIT CARD . Forbidden Fantasies Lingerie Inc. will refund through the same payment process. A refund number will then be emailed you for your records.
If your order was paid by CASH then we will money email transfer you your refund.
If your order was paid by CHEQUE it will need to be cleared first and then a company cheque will be mailed back to you.

Any special orders require 50% down with order. When the item is shipped and received your credit card will be billed at that time.
